Pushups

Everyone knows the pushup, yet few do it right. Its a simple movement that requires you to press your body up from the ground while keeping the body tight. There are near limitless varieties but we’ll keep it simple for here.

Lay face down on the ground.

Place your hands flat on the floor next to the chest.

Keep your body tight enough to maintain a straight line from head to feet.

Push up using your chest and arms, maintaining that straight line.

Lower down and repeat.
